CARTAGEN began its operations in 1993. Founder and manager of the company is Engineer Krasimir Survatkov, who has been successfully importing and distributing natural and artificial meat casings for 27 years. We work along with partners from Italy, Denmark, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and Greece. Every day, our team invests effort and care into meeting our clients’ needs to the best of our ability. We are a responsible and loyal business partner. Our mission: the name KARTAGEN to be a paragon of integrity.
The company expanded its scope by starting self-production of natural meat casings. We perform machine processing, sorting and calibration of pork intestines for the meat industry. With its own production, KARTAGEN OOD /Reg. № BG 1603180 EO/aims to please every taste and preference in the casings market.
